Merry Christmas… but is it truly merry? Many
might feel that reality of this world, especially last
two years, is so overwhelming that the joy of
Christmas seems to be irrelevant. As Christians and
as Ukrainians we feel the pain of the war every day
but this dark background of our life makes the
message of Christ particularly bright. For the first
time Ukraine officially celebrates Christmas with
the rest of the world on December 25. On that day,
we prayed for healing, peace and victory over evil
because that is what we believe Christ has brought
to the world.
Thus, Merry Christmas our dear friends! God is good! Thank you for your love, prayers and support
that help us enormously.
