This year Light church and club have turned five years old. We
are a new church comparing with those who have more than
hundred year histories so for us every anniversary is an
accomplishment. As usually, we celebrate it in September inviting
many people and children. However, this year situation is special and
we could not share our joy with as many people as we wanted.
Nevertheless, church family had a great time of worship, fellowship,
and games. In order to make something special for this day we
borrowed a great recipe from our American friends. We cooked
hamburgers, which is very unusual for Ukrainian people.
Every anniversary is special for us. We look behind at what had
been done and see that God is good. Thus, with great joy and faith
we wait for what God has prepared for His church and His ministry in
Ukraine!
