“Light” club and wooden guns
This Saturday we had our regular kids “Light”
club meeting with around 20 children. Theme of
this month in the club is “dreams” and teachers
told the story of Israelites sending spies in to
the promised land. They taught kids to dream
big and trust in the Lord like Joshua and Caleb
did. For the craft children made a bracelet with
compass that symbolizes God’s guidance in our
life.
‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least
of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

The Least of These
After kids “Light” club we had a youth meeting in
the ministry center. Together with youth we
continued our preparation for the summer
camp. This time we were making fake guns out
wood pieces for the acting group. The theme of
upcoming camp is sea and we are planning to
show story of old England and pirates but they
all need guns to seem very real! Therefore, each
of us using knifes, file, and sandpaper created
something special out of plane piece of wood.
After we finished with guns we practiced our acting skills with Phillip, who taught us to concentrate and
mirror each other’s moves. At the end we had tea with cookies, worshiped God, and fellowshipped
together. At the end of the day everybody was tired but we had a feeling that we accomplished
something today!
