Last month church “Svitlo” celebrated a Thanksgiving Day. This is a reminder for us that there is always something to be thankful for. This year is much different from previous years. We’ve learned what is pandemic, quarantine, Covid-19, being jobless, absence of public transportation. Of course, it all influenced our lives and our families. For the first time in three years we were not able to have a summer camp in our village. However, there are still many things that we accomplished! We started to broadcast our church services, three wedding were held on the church property, we understood how important it is to have relationships with others. I think that now we value each other, our family, friends, and church even more than we used to! Many of us got more time to take care of the households, properties, hang out with kids and families. During quarantine church “Svitlo” organized an online marathon called “Do not stop developing”. Thus, I would like to say that no matter what God is always good and loves each one of us! The last warm days gave us opportunity to have a Thanksgiving celebration outside. Thank you Nastya for a great decoration and photo zone! This day we had worship songs, testimonies, and lots of fellowship. Each one brought something to eat so after the church service we had time to enjoy all that food. At this moment, my heart wants to remember words from Psalms 133:1 “See how good and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters live together in harmony!” God bless you all! Do not forget to see something good in everything because God loves each of you.
