Recently, we celebrated Thanksgiving Day with
our friends and guests. Today Ukraine is going
through hard times so we thanked the Lord for our
warriors, prayed for them, their families and
reminded ourselves of the ones that have fallen in
battle. We thanked God for the breath of life, for
His salvation and for strength that He gives to our
nation. Usually, this celebration is filled with
optimism, thankfulness and warm memories of the
past year. This time we also experienced grief and
sadness. Even visually, our dark clothes stood out
on the background of yellow and orange colors of fallen leaves. However, we continue to thank God for all
the big and small actions that He does in our life and we believe that it will help us go through the battle
that we are fighting today.
