The Least of These

Last week our worship leaders attended a musical and worship conference. Two main speakers were from Melitopil an occupied Ukrainian city. They had a big church there with a powerful musical ministry but they were forced to leave everything because of russian occupation. Now they travel around the country and teach others sharing experience and knowledge that they accumulated during the years of their ministry. It was a powerful conference in a spiritual way. They shared the importance of prayer for every singer, musician and how to lead people in worship. Equally important are the little things like being on time, coming prepared to rehearsal and investing in development of the ministry. We learned so much about technical part, where we have a lot of place to grow. Playbacks, Talkback, Pads, types of in-ear monitors were just part of all the musical revelations that we received during the conference. Overall, it was a good push for us to start thinking where we can grow and how to make our worship better for the Lord and for the people.
